STAGED TO SELL:
 
For theVacant Home Resale Market and Builder Inventory Homeswe offer staging for the key rooms in a home. Typical rooms included are L/R, D/R, F/R, Kitchen/Breakfast, Study, Powder room and Master Suite. The furnishings include furniture, lamps, artwork, silk floor plants and table top accessories.
 
We visit the home and then select furniture and accessories that will best fit the interior and target the intended demographic market.
 
The fee is based on number of rooms to be furnished, size and price of the home. The affordable fee covers the furnishings package and interior design services.
 
We also provide design consultation to insure your property is truly market ready.

For the Owner Occupied Home we offer design consultation, space planning, de-cluttering, general organizing and a detailed plan of action to get your home market ready.  A professional stager can help with the “getting it ready for market” phase.  From a consultation to recommend needed changes, rearranging existing furniture and accessories, to providing some or all furnishings we can help you.
We address the issues that make or break a sale such as:
  • Curb Appeal
  • First Impression
  • Overall Design and Color
  • Clutter
 
Sometimes only minor changes are needed to get a property ready to sell.

  • A few changes and additions







We also work with homes that need a more extensive facelift.  In this case it was decided that a significant face lift was needed and worth the expense.












MODEL HOME PROGRAM:
Designed to provide the builder with a more cost effective way to have decorated displays.
 
We offer complete interior design services including plan review and selection of interior finishes.
All the furnishings are provided on monthly rental fee basis. The fee is based on number of rooms to be furnished and the price range. The style of the furnishings are selected to reflect the demographics of the target market.
 
The BENEFITS of the program are:
  • Flexibility, we can custom tailor to meet the needs of our builders. If you have existing inventory furnishings we can use and supplement as needed.
  • No hassles, when the project is completed the furnishings are removed.
  • You do not have the expense of moving, storing and maintaining inventory furniture. 
  • Rental costs are an expense item, not a capital investment.
